The case of the male, 52 years old, with dermatitis in the title (CAD) was reported. The exacerbation of efflorescence of the trunk and limbs was recognized. The patient was under dosing enalapril maleate (EM) internal use for hypertension. Conglomeration of deep red papule was recognized in the peristomes and the posterior region of neck. The infiltration of lymphocytes was mainly recognized in the skin biopsy image of the posterior region of neck. The lowering of the minimal erythema dose for UVA and UVB was recognized. It was diagnosed as CAD from these findings. Instruction for termination of internal use of EM and shadowing was performed. Sunscreen and external use of steroid were performed. Recurrence of papule and the combination of the steroid dermatitis were recognized after 1 year. The obvious improvement on papule and erythema was recognized by external use of tacrolimus ointment. From the above, it was indicated that external use of the tacrolimus ointment was effective for CAD.
