I use rogaine, and was recommended the oitment above from my doc (i will not use it after what Carol and Sam wrote about it), i take vitamin b, zink, magnesium, evening primrose oil and iron. Ive changed to better schampoos and styling products (something called urtekram and john masters organic) - and thats it.
