I took 5 mg up to 4 days until I couldn t take it anymore. About 3 weeks later I tried 2.5 mg each day and this built up after 3 days. One month after this I took 1 5mg and was miserable for 2-3 weeks afterwards (it seems you can become more sensitive to the effects after just a short while).
